Ingredients:

16 oz pizza dough
-
1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce

7 oz Seafood Di Mare, drained

1/3 Cup sliced Cherry Tomatoes
-
1/4 Cup roasted Garlic Cloves
-
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
-
1 Tbsp chopped Italian Parsley
Preheat Oven to 500ºF
Step 1:
Rest dough in a warm place until you can press a finger into it and the indentation remains.
Step 2:
Press out dough on a pizza peel as thinly as you can.
Step 3:
Brush dough with tomato sauce then top with remaining ingredients.
Step 4:
Slide pizza onto a pizza stone if you can and bake for 15 minutes or until browned as you like.
Step 5:
Pull the pizza back onto the peel and cut into squares or wedges.
